March 30, 2022 (MLN): The shareholders of Bank Alfalah Limited (BAFL) in its 30^th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday resolved to purchase 521,739 ordinary shares of Alfalah CLSA Securities (Private) Limited, bank’s filing on PSX showed today.

Accordingly, the face value per share is Rs10 at an aggregate price of Rs5.217 million.

This is subject to compliance with necessary requirements and approvals.
