In an announcement to Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Thursday July 19, 2018 Agro Allianz Limited (Formerly known as Karim cotton Mills Limited) informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have decided to increase the Authorized Capital of the company from PKR 250 million to PKR 8 billion.

The authorized capital that earlier comprised of 25 million ordinary share of PKR 10 each, will now have 800 million ordinary shares of PKR 10 each.

The company further decided to revamp the Memorandum and Article of Association of the company to bring them in line with the proposed new business of the company and to change the name of the company accordingly.
