Maqbool Textile Mills approves sale of agricultural land

August 25, 2025 (MLN): Maqbool Textile Mills Limited (PSX:MQTM) has approved the sale and transfer of the company’s agricultural land measuring 122 Kanal 4 Marlas and 136 feet to M/s Mehmooda Maqbool Mills Limited.

The consideration amount for the transaction has already been received by the company, according to the company's statement issued today.

The board further authorized Mian Tanvir Ahmad Sheikh, Director and Chief Executive Officer, to complete all necessary formalities, including obtaining the required Fard for sale and executing the deed of transfer.
