According to figures released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, the Weekly SPI for the combined group increased by 0.12% compared to the previous week (Nov 2 ,2017) and 3.34% over the corresponding period from last year (Nov 10, 2016)

Of the 53 items monitored 15 registered an increase, 9 decreased while 29 remained unchanged. Eggs Hen, Farm prices increased by 8.91% followed by Potato prices which increased by 4.89% as winter gets closer the supply of Potatoes declines.

On the other hand to the relief of general populace prices of tomatoes -1.8% and onions -3.45% have finally started to decrease.
