UNITY to allot over 64mn shares to Wilmar Pakistan

January 28, 2022 (MLN): The board of directors of Unity Foods Limited (PSX: UNITY) has decided to offer and subsequently allot over 64 million unsubscribed shares for Rs1.73 billion at Rs27 per share to Wilmar Pakistan Holding Pte Limited, the company filing on PSX showed today.

The notification sent to PSX further revealed that the company has received Rs5.4bn against its right issue of the company at Rs27 per share inclusive of a premium of Rs17 per share by the bankers.
