Unicol to acquire Popular Sugar Mills

May 17, 2023 (MLN): Unicol Limited, an associated company of Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills Limited (MIRKS) has entered into an agreement to acquire the entire assets of Popular Sugar Mills Limited, the company's filing on PSX showed today.

This investment is intended to diversify the revenue stream of Unical Limited and thus add towards future profitability for its shareholders.

MIRKS holds 33.33% shareholding in Unicol Limited.
