Thatta Cement acquires 26% stake in Thatta Power

December 24, 2024 (MLN): Thatta Cement Company Limited (PSX: THCCL) has successfully acquired 12.5 million shares of Thatta Power (Pvt) Ltd, which represents a 26.09% ownership stake, the aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

As a result, the total shareholding of THCCL in Thatta Power (Pvt) Ltd has risen to 88.52%.

THCCL was incorporated in 1980 as a public limited company that manufactures and markets cement.
