December 20, 2024 (MLN): Symmetry Group Limited (PSX: SYM) is in active discussions with Shorooq Partners, a UAE-based venture capital firm, as part of its ongoing efforts to find a strategic investment partner for its AI-powered video production platform, Vidfy. al, as reported by the company's filing to PSX.

The company has received a Term Sheet from Shorooq Partners, which will serve as a foundation for further developments in this matter.
