December 31, 2024 (MLN): Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (PSX: CLVL) has shared that Steel Complex Private Limited, a related entity, acquired 55,420 shares of the Company on December 30, 2024, through the regular market.

This acquisition represents 0.08% of the Company’s total issued and paid-up capital, according to the company's statement issued today.

The total shareholding of Steel Complex Private Limited in the Company has now increased to 1.71% following the above-mentioned purchase.
