September 7, 2021 (MLN): Nestle Pakistan, in an announcement to Exchange, said that Société des Produits Nestlé S.A. (SPN), a substantial shareholder in shares of Nestlé Pakistan Limited (“Company”), has executed the transaction whereby it has acquired 1,157,944 shares at a rate of PKR 6000.

The notice said that the said transaction will be presented in the subsequent board meeting.

To note, Nestlé S.A., which is a major shareholder of Nestlé Pakistan Limited had transferred its entire shareholding to its directly and indirectly 100% owned subsidiary SPN.

The company confirms that the holding period for the transaction is over six (06) months and in case it is within six (06) months, the cheque equivalent to the profit shall be deposited with SECP as required under Section 105 of the Securities Act, 2015 under intimation to PSX.
