Service Global Footwear to increase authorized share capital to Rs7.5bn

May 29, 2023 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of Service Global Footwear Limited (PSX: SGF) has recommended increasing the authorized share capital of the company from Rs2.5 billion to Rs7.5bn, the company's filing on PSX revealed.
In addition, the board also suggested consequent alterations in the Memorandum of Association subject to the approval of members of the company.
This is subject to the approval of members of the company.
In order to seek approval of the aforementioned amendments, an extraordinary general meeting will be held on June 20, 2023.
