SBCA cancels licenses of 2 builders in Hyderabad

The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has cancelled licenses of 2 builders and advised the public against investing in their projects.
According to a press statement issued here on Wednesday, the SBCA took the action after complaints of inordinate delay in handing over possession to the allotted and alleged violation of rules and regulations.
The real estate developers whose licenses have been cancelled include Pyramid Housing Services and Creative Construction Company Builders and Developers. The former is constructing Maham Residency and the latter Fantasy Apartments in Gulistan-e-Sajjad housing scheme in Qasimabad taluka. The sponsor of both the projects has been identified as Monia Farooqi wife of Wajid Hussain Farooqi.
The people have been advised to consult the SBCA if they were deciding to purchase or book a property in the two projects.
