Sapphire Electronics signs deal with Samsung

December 23, 2024 (MLN): Sapphire Electronics (Pvt) Limited has entered into an agreement with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd, Korea, and Samsung Gulf Electronics Co., UAE, said notification issued to the local bourse.

Sapphire Electronics (Pvt) Limited is a subsidiary of Reliance Cotton Spinning Mills Limited (PSX: RCML).

The agreement allows Sapphire to manufacture or assemble Samsung-branded electronics and home appliances and sell them in Pakistan.

RCML is a public company that manufactures and sells yarn and is part of the sapphire group.
