PSO appoints Mr. M. A. Mannan as Board Chairman

In a notification issued by the company, Pakistan State Oil informed the bourse that it has appointed Mr. M. A. Mannan as Chairman of the Board of Management with effect from February 28th 2018.

M. A. Mannan is an MBA from IBA, with a vast experience of serving at key posts in Pakistan. Mr. Mannan has served at Citi Bank, Deputy CEO at UBL, CEO at Dubai Islamic Bank, Executive Director at Silk Bank and President & CEO at TCS Holdings (Private) Ltd.

In an earlier notification, the company informed that it has appointed Mr. Sajid Mehmood Qazi as member of Board of Management with effect from March 20^th, 2018. He will replace outgoing member Mr. Sabino Sikander Jalal.
