Pakistans circular debt soars by Rs1.18tn in last three years

July 2, 2021 (MLN): Pakistan’s circular debt by the end of FY21 rose by Rs177bn to Rs2,327tn.

In the previous fiscal year i.e., FY20, the circular debt stood at Rs1.612tn.

In the last three years, circular debt rose by almost Rs1.179tn as it was at Rs 1.612 trillion in FY19 and Rs1.148 trillion in FY18.
