August 11, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Pak Leather Crafts Limited, in its meeting held on August 11, 2020, has approved the out of court amicable settlement with United Bank Limited and authorized/ratified the action taken by the Chief Executive severally or jointly with a director, in this regard.
The aforementioned information was announced by the company via Pakistan Stock Exchange.
