Mr. Shahzad Sabir resigns as Director from BoD of THCCL

January 8, 2019 (MLN): Thatta Cement Company Limited (THCCL) has formally notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) in a notification that Mr. Shahzad Sabir has resigned as Director from the Board of Directors of the Company, with effect from January 7, 2019.
According to an extract of his profile published on THCCL’s web site, Mr. Shahzad Sabir has done his Bachelors in Commerce from DePaul University Chicago, IL USA. He is a member of advisory council of Sindh Board of investment, Business Councils of FPCCI and is currently serving as Rotary Conference Chairman.
In addition to this, he is serving as Group director of one of the leading business conglomerate M/s. Usman Anjarwala Group of Companies, engaged in manufacturing and trade of wood-based products.
