Total November Remittances from Pakistan expatriates clocked in at 1,576.72 million against 1654.45 in October, 2017.

Remittances have been uneven in the recent months, as Middle Eastern policies have seen a major shift in the ability of expatriates to get jobs in the Gulf. The Gulf has been major destination for expatriates to get a job in the construction, automobile, industrial sector since times immemorial.

According to latest SBP data, Remittances during the month of November fell by 77.73 million. Since January, 2017 Pakistan’s average remittances have reached an average of 1533.402 million dollars.

Cashflow from US fell by 11.36 million dollars (204.28 in Nov 17 vs. 215.64 in Oct 17)
Cashflow from UK fell by 56.99 million dollars (213.47 in Nov 17 vs. 270.46 in Oct 17)
Cashflow from Saudi Arabia fell by 51.55 million dollars (409.52 in Nov 17 vs. 461.07 in Oct 17
