Mitchell's Fruit Farms' share capital to increase from Rs 200 million to Rs 400 million

September 22, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited has given approval to increase the Authorized Share Capital from Rs. 200 million to Rs. 400 million.
Moreover, the Board will conduct Extra Ordinary General Meeting on October 15, 2020 to approve the above increase of Authorized Share Capital.
