Meezan Pakistan Index undergoes re-composition: EFERT joins, DGKC exits

January 08, 2024 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has carried out the Re-composition exercise of the Meezan Pakistan Index (MZNPI) Companies as of December 22, 2023, in accordance with the relevant index rules.

Consequently, Engro Fertilizers Limited (PSX: EFERT) is the incoming company, while D.G. Khan Cement Company Limited (PSX: DGKC) is the outgoing one.

The above changes in the MZNPI are effective from Monday, January 08, 2023.

In addition, the notice also listed the revised list of the constituents of MZNPI along with their weights in the index.
