Landmark Spinning in process of a reverse merger

April 04, 2023 (MLN): Landmark Spinning Industries Limited (PSX: LMSM) is set to undergo a major transformation as it prepared for a reverse merger with an unlisted operating company.

A joint petition has already been filed in the High Court of Sindh at Karachi on May 20, 2022, seeking the approval of the Scheme of Arrangement, the company's filing on PSX revealed.

While the court proceedings have been adjourned for new dates, it is believed that the matter is currently in progress with the court.
