Ishaq Dar calls for roadmap to fast-track outsourcing of first airport in Pakistan

July 12, 2023 (MLN): In order to improve service delivery and match the best international aviation practices in Pakistan, Finance Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar emphasized the need for receiving a roadmap with timelines to fast-track the outsourcing of the first airport, said a press release issued today.

During the meeting, IFC, the transaction advisor, briefed the panel on the latest status and progress on the matter.

Federal Minister for Aviation and Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique, SAPM on Finance Mr. Tariq Bajwa, SAPM on Government Effectiveness Dr. Muhammad Jehanzeb Khan, Aviation authorities, IFC team and senior officers from Finance Division attended the meeting.
