Government to allocate Rs10bn for flood affectees

September 21, 2022 (MLN): Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet meeting scheduled tomorrow will approve the allocation of Rs10bn for flood affectees, a press release issued by Cabinet showed.

The ECC will consider the allocation of Rs10 Billion for procurement and logistics of relief items for flood affectees, import of wheat through Gwadar port, removal of custom duty from Active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIS), and G-20 debt service suspension initiative.
