Gold price per tola jumps Rs1,800

October 04, 2024 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan increased on Friday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs276,200 per tola, up Rs1,800.
Globally, spot gold traded near $2,658 an ounce, up $2.5 or 0.10% from the previous session.
The Karachi Sarafa Association reported the price of 24-karat gold at Rs236,797 per 10-gram, up Rs1,543.
Similarly, the price of 22-karat gold was quoted higher at Rs217,064 per 10-gram.
On the other hand, silver prices remained unchanged in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,050 per tola and Rs2,615 per 10-gram.
