Gold price in Pakistan rises Rs6,600 per tola

July 01, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan increased on Tuesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs356,800 per tola, up Rs6,600.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs305,898 after a gain of Rs5,658, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted higher at Rs280,416 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices rose in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,834 per tola (+Rs52) and Rs3,287 per 10-gram (+Rs45).

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,350 an ounce, up $38.1 or 1.15% from the previous session.

Gold prices rose over 1% on Tuesday as a weaker dollar and uncertainty over U.S. tariffs, along with concerns about the country's fiscal outlook drove investors toward safe-haven assets.
