Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs600 per tola

July 02, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Wednesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs356,200 per tola, down Rs600.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs305,384 after a decline of Rs514, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs279,945 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices fell in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,816 per tola (-Rs18) and Rs3,271 per 10-gram (-Rs16).

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,341 an ounce, up $3 or 0.09% from the previous session.

Gold prices edged up on Wednesday as investors shifted their focus to the U.S. fiscal situation and lingering uncertainty ahead of the July 9 deadline when U.S. tariffs are set to take effect.
