December 23, 2019 (MLN): A meeting of the Federal Cabinet is scheduled to take place tomorrow i.e.  December 24, 2019, with Prime Minister Imran Khan in chair, wherein it will discuss the 15 agenda points.

The important agenda for this meeting comprises of the following points:

• The cabinet will ratify the decision taken by the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the cabinet it its meeting held on December 12, 2019.

• The cabinet will also discuss the matter regarding issuance of direction of Federal Government to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) under Sub- Section 6(A) of Section 17 of SBP Act 1956 to sell its shares in House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFCL).

• The matter regrading Grant of Special Relief Package for Population Living Along Line of Control (LOC) under BISP program will also be deliberated.

• The cabinet shall also approve the Retail Prices of Drugs.
