Fauji Fertilizer incorporates a wholly-owned subsidiary to provide technical services

February 19, 2021 (MLN): Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited, after completing the legal formalities, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary with the name of “OLIVE Technical Services (Private) Limited” and registered it with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

The principal line of business of the Company shall be to provide technical services, including but not limited to plant turnaround and shutdown services, engineering, procurement and construction work, operation and maintenance (O&M), plant commissioning, de-commissioning and start-ups, inspection and testing, reliability assessment, root cause analysis (RCA), equipment refurbishment, laboratory testing, plant safety, and energy audits, HSEQ audits, Information Technology services, etc.
