Dawood Hercules Corp. (DAWH) seeks to raise PKR 6 Billion from Sukuk Bonds

In a notice addressed to PSX, Dawood Hercules (DAWH) have informed all the relevant stakeholders that, it seeks to raise 6,000,000,000/- (PKR 6 Billion) funds in the form of Rated, Over the Counter Listed & Secured Sukuk (Islamic Bonds) under Section 66 of the Companies Act 2017 and the Regulations governing over the counter Market under Schedule III for a period of 05 Years.

Company informed regarding utilization of Funds from Sukuk saying, the funds will be used for consolidating and re-profiling the existing debt.
