Business & Industrial Insurance Company Limited has failed to hold the Annual General Meetings, winding-up proceedings have been initiated and non-payment of Annual Listing Fee hence PSX has decided that trading in the shares of the Company shall remain suspended until causes of suspension have been rectified.
