September 8, 2021 (MLN): Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (CLVL) has informed through a notification to exchange that the company has signed an agreement with Finox (Private) Limited pertaining to the investment of PKR 31 million in Finox (Private) Limited for purchase of its 32.5% equity/ordinary shares.
The aforesaid transaction is subjected to completion of all legal formalities including execution of definitive agreement with Finox (Private) Limited, the notice said.
