TPL REIT plans Hoshang Project divestment

November 14, 2025 (MLN): TPL REIT Fund I (PSX: TPLRF1) conveyed that the Fund has decided to undertake the potential disposal/divestment from HKC (Private) Limited through the sale of the project land, “Project-B One Hoshang.”

According to the filing in psx, the proposed transaction remains contingent upon the execution of definitive agreements, along with the receipt of all requisite corporate, regulatory and third-party approvals.

Completion of necessary formalities and processes by the Fund and the SPV will also be required in line with the constitutive documents of the Fund and applicable laws.
