March 30, 2021 (MLN): The Board of Directors of the JS Investment Limited (JSIL) has approved the appointment of Ms. Iffat Zehra Mankani as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company subject to clearance of Fit and Proper Criteria by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and compliance of all the applicable rules and regulations, as per the notice issued to Exchange.
