Hallmark Company receives proposed Offer Letter from acquirers

August 6, 2021 (MLN): Hallmark Company Limited has informed that a notice of submission of the proposed Offer Letter along with the relevant annexures has been received by the company from Muhammad Munir Muhammad Ahmed Khanani Securities Limited, a Manager to the Offer on behalf of Acquirers to acquire 82,890 shares and control of Hallmark Company Limited (“Target Company”).

Earlier, HCL in a notice informed that the proposed acquirers are now only Mr. Irtaza Zafar Sheikh and GAZPAK (Private) Limited.
