September 21, 2026 (MLN): The book building portion of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of SE Fruits & Vegetable Limited was fully subscribed within close to two hours, according to a post by Topline Securities Limited on X.

The book building process, which commenced today, will continue until September 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM, despite the issue reaching full subscription.

SE Fruits & Vegetable Limited, a Sargodha-based exporter, has been operating since 1998 and exports kinnow, mangoes and potatoes to the Middle East, Far East, South Asia and Central Asia.

The IPO is Shariah-compliant and marks the listing of the first fresh fruit and vegetable exporter on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The company has set a floor price of Rs40 per share and a cap price of Rs64 per share, with 22.5 million shares offered in the book-building portion.

The public subscription is scheduled for September 28–29, 2026.

Topline Securities Limited and Growth Securities (Private) Limited are acting as Joint Consultants to the Issue.
