HBL, UBL expand service hours for customer convenience

July 01, 2025 (MLN): Habib Bank Limited (HBL) and United Bank Limited (UBL) have declared the extension of branch service hours at selected locations across Pakistan to better accommodate their customers' needs.

HBL, a prominent private bank, has extended service hours at 153 designated branches nationwide.

These branches will now remain open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

According to a Facebook post, “Your time, our priority. HBL branches are now open for extended hours. Visit selected branches from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.”

The initiative aims to improve customer service and provide additional time for clients who are unable to visit during regular banking hours.

HBL stated that the move is designed for the convenience of its clients and reflects its commitment to meeting customer expectations by adapting to their daily schedules.

Similarly, UBL revealed via Facebook that starting 16 June 2025, selected conventional and UBL Ameen branches across Pakistan will also operate from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

The extension is aimed at offering enhanced convenience to customers.
