HBL to serve as corporate advisor as APAG heads toward public listing

August 18, 2026 (MLN): Habib Bank Limited (PSX:HBL) will serve as corporate advisor to Agro Processors & Atmospheric Gases Limited (APAG) as the company moves toward listing on the public markets.

Book building registration for which will open on August 20 and retail public subscription scheduled for September 3-4, 2026.

According to details shared by the bank on LinkedIn, book building for the initial public offering (IPO) will run from August 20 to 28, 2026, with the book building period itself set for August 27-28.

A total of 58,049,541 ordinary shares are being offered, representing a post-IPO free float of 15%.

The floor price has been set at Rs32 per share, while the maximum price stands at Rs44.80 per share.
