GCIL, MARI sign term sheet for gas processing project

July 01, 2025 (MLN): Ghani Chemical Industries Limited (PSX: GCIL) and Mari Energies Limited (PSX: MARI) have signed a Term Sheet to collaborate and evaluate the feasibility of processing vent/exhaust gas from the Sachal Gas Processing Complex (SGPC) located in the Mari Field, Daharki, Sindh.

The project is part of Mari Energies’ efforts to enhance sustainability and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

Subject to technical and commercial feasibility, both companies will enter into a Joint Venture Agreement to establish a Project Company for the joint execution of the initiative.
