ZAL offers shares to public at Rs16, a 3.03% discount to strike price

February 12, 2025 (MLN): Zarea Limited (ZAL) has decided to offer shares to the general public at Rs16 per share, which is a 3.03% discount to the strike price of Rs16.5.

The shares will be available for subscription in lots of 500, 1,000, 1,500, and 2,000 shares, according to Topline Securities.

Subscriptions exceeding 2,000 shares will be issued at the strike price of Rs16.5.
