Zuma enters strategic partnership with Telna North America, plans UK subsidiary

March 12, 2026 (MLN): Zuma Resources Ltd (PSX:ZUMA), has approved two major strategic decisions aimed at expanding its footprint in the global telecommunications sector.

The Lahore-based company has authorized a strategic partnership and collaboration agreement with Telna North America, Inc., a global telecom connectivity platform operating in over 200 countries.

The tie-up is expected to generate projected annual revenues in the range of $3–5 million during its initial phase of operations, subject to regulatory approvals and commercial rollout.

Under the partnership, Zuma Resources will focus on launching global eSIM and physical SIM connectivity services, providing MVNO enablement, international roaming solutions, integrating telecom services into its global connectivity platforms, and expanding its presence in international telecom markets.

In a second major move, the board has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom, which is subject to necessary regulatory approvals.

The proposed UK entity will serve as the company's international operational hub, responsible for managing global telecom partnerships, operating connectivity services, and executing agreements with international operators including Telna North America.
