Yellow Metal drops by Rs700 to trade at Rs103,900 per tola

April 28, 2021 (MLN): Gold edged lower today, as the per tola price of 24 karat gold in the domestic bullion market dipped by Rs700 and was sold at Rs103,900 against the sale at Rs104600 reported yesterday.

Likewise, 10-grams of 24 karat gold also witnessed a fall of Rs600 to settle at Rs89,078 as opposed to the previous close of Rs89,678 while 10-grams of 22 karat gold valued at Rs816,54, data provided by All Sindh Saraf Jewellers Association.

On the contrary, the per tola price of 24-karat silver and 10-gram of 24-karat silver remained flat at Rs1,350 and Rs1157.40, respectively.

In the international market, gold price dropped by $15 and was available at $1,765 per ounce against $1,780 per ounce in the previous session, while silver was valued at Rs25.95 per ounce, the association reported.
