Tariq Glass fires furnace with enhanced production capacity

February 21, 2022 (MLN): Tariq Glass Industries Limited (TGL) has informed through a notice to exchange that one of the tableware producing furnaces which was closed for a scheduled rebuild has been fired/ ignited on February 21, 2022, with an enhanced capacity of 200 metric tons per day.

To note, before major repairing and rebuilding, the production capacity of the said furnace was 140 metric tons per day.

The notice said that the commercial production will be available in the third week of March-2022 upon achievement of satisfactory quality assurance of the glass.
