Shifa International Hospitals credits 78,860 shares under SMCI merger
Shifa International Hospitals Ltd (PSX:SHFA) has credited 78,860 ordinary shares of Rs10 each into the Central Depository System (CDS) accounts of the eligible shareholders of Shifa Medical Centre Islamabad (Pvt) Ltd (SMCI) under the sanctioned scheme of arrangement for their merger, raising its paid-up capital to Rs632.93mn
