Shifa International to invest Rs1.61bn in Faisalabad Hospital

April 26, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Shifa International Hospitals Limited (PSX: SHFA) has resolved to make an additional equity investment of Rs1.61 billion in its subsidiary namely Shifa National Hospital Faisalabad (Pvt.) Limited.

The company disseminated this information through a notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange today.

To note, this is in addition to already invested equity of Rs1.58bn.
