Interloop Holdings to invest in 40% equity of Shifa Medial Center

December 17, 2019 (MLN): Shifa International Hospitals Limited, its subsidiary Shifa Medical Center Islamabad (Pvt.) Limited and Interloop Holdings (Pvt.) Limited have entered into agreements whereby Interloop Holdings shall invest in 40% equity of Shifa Medial Centre.

According to the notice issued by Shifa International Hospitals in this regard, the amount of equity investment will be more than Rs. 1 billion.
