Shifa International Hospital enters into Shareholders Agreement with its subsidiaries

February 24, 2020 (MLN): Shifa International Hospital Limited, its subsidiary Shifa National Hospital Faisalabad (Pvt.) Limited, Interloop Holdings (Pvt.) Limited and Interloop Welfare Trust have entered into Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreements.

As per this Agreement, Interloop Holdings (Pvt.) Limited and Interloop Welfare Trust shall invest in 30% and 10% equity of Shifa National Hospital Faisalabad respectively.

The collective amount of equity investment of Interloop Holdings (Pvt.) Limited and Interloop Welfare Trust will be more than Rs. 1 billion.
