IGI Holdings reports Mitchells share sale by stakeholders
IGI Holdings Limited has confirmed that two substantial shareholders—Babar Ali Foundation, founded by Syed Babar Ali (Chairman of the Company), and IGI Investments (Private) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company—have sold their respective shareholdings in Mitchells Fruit Farms Limited.
