IGI Holdings eyes complete acquisition of Akzo Nobel Pakistan
IGI Investments (Private) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IGI Holdings Limited, has received in-principle board approval to acquire up to 100% of Akzo Nobel Pakistan Limited's shares, according to a disclosure filed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
