IGI Holdings reports Mitchells share sale by stakeholders

July 23,2025(MLN): IGI Holdings Limited (PSX: IGIHL) has confirmed that two substantial shareholders—Babar Ali Foundation, founded by Syed Babar Ali (Chairman of the Company), and IGI Investments (Private) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company—have sold their respective shareholdings in Mitchells Fruit Farms Limited.

The shares were sold to CCL Holding (Private) Limited, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

Babar Ali Foundation and members of its board of governors sold their respective shareholdings of 2.43% and 0.70% in Mitchells at a negotiated price of Rs232.75 per share on July 23, 2025.

Similarly, IGI Investments (Private) Limited sold its entire shareholding of 3.72% in Mitchells to CCL Holding (Private) Limited at the same negotiated price of Rs232.75 per share, in accordance with applicable corporate and regulatory approvals.
