IGI Investments intends to acquire stake in MFFL

December 13, 2024 (MLN): Mitchell's Fruit Farms Limited (PSX: MFFL) has recieved public announcemet of intention (PAI) from acquirer, IGI Investments (Private) Limited (PSX: IGIHL), according to the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The PAI was recieved through Manager to the Offer, Topline Securities Limited, to acquire voting shares of Mitchell's beyond the threshold.

This intention was communicated to the Board of Directors of Mitchell's on December 12, 2024.

However, it still depends on getting necessary regulatory approvals, completing due diligence, and execution of definitive agreements.
