IGI Investments completes an equity investment of 45% in S.C. Johnson & Son of Pakistan

November 2, 2020 (MLN): IGI Investments (Private) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IGI Holdings Limited, has completed its investment of 45% in the equity of S.C. Johnson & Son of Pakistan (Private) Limited on October 29, 2020.

The company had initially announced to make the above investment back on February 20, 2019.

S.C. Johnson & Son is a leading global manufacturer of household cleaning products and products for home storage, air care, pest control, and shoe care.
